  • The service at the bakery/tea counter is really hit or miss. Sometimes you are greeted happily and helped, but most of the time you are literally ignored for 10 minutes while the 3 to 4 women behind the counter just talk with each other and act like they don't see you. I have seen "regulars" come in and get helped right away... maybe you have to come every day for your morning coffee to be accepted by the baristas, I don't know. On the other hand, I have always been pleased with the passion fruit iced tea (once I finally get it) and the foods I choose. Always pretty clean and easy to make a selection!
