  • Worst service I've ever had at Starbucks! The two lady's that were working had no manors, the lady who took my order didn't know how many shot were in a Grande Americano, or how many pumps of white chocolate I usually get... I don't know that's not my job to know. The lady who made my drink was cleaning instead of making my drink I was waiting 6 minutes before she even started, then she began to ring out a dirty washcloth in the sink and not even wash her hands and proceed to make my drink.. I'm so disappointed in the service.
