My husband and I just stayed here this past weekend. I chose this hotel for the location. I liked the valet parking, and that went smoothly upon our arrival on Saturday. However, checking in took forever even though there was only one person in front of us. There was only one person working at the front desk and there was a line of people behind us. The room was okay - clean, but a very small room and not a big tub as indicated on the pictures on website, but a shower only.
We went out to dinner at my sons restaurant and a special meal was prepared for me. Upon returning to the hotel room we put half of this meal in the mini fridge. When we awoke the next morning we realized the fridge was broken and the food went bad.
The breakfast included in the room price was ok. But it had to be ordered at the Bistro then find a table to eat. There was no coffee other than the starbucks for purchase. It was hard to catch someone at the counter. But before we left I told the woman at the desk about the food going bad in the broken fridge. Her response was to ask me if I reported it to maintenance.
Wont be staying here again, $250 dollars later I feel like I could've stayed somewhere nicer.
