  • The girl we got wasn't the friendliest, she also didn't properly clean the surface before starting which is alarming.. what if someone had an allergy to a topping that was on that uncleaned surface? Next we ordered the s'mores... they can't toast the marshmallow which is fine but there was also zero marshmallow added to the ice cream so we got gritty cream, chocolate, and graham. They put 1 large marshmallow on top as garnish but it quickly fell off. The girl was sloppy putting the ice cream in the cup so we had a couple rolls but also nicely mushed ones so presentation was eh.. on ours at least I don't know about other people. The hype is also not worth $6+ .. I'll stick with Cold Stone. I almost walked out while the girl was in the process of making it.. I also thought about bringing it back to ask for a refund. I won't be back.
