  • I do not like that they contract out their work. They just advertise and then do nothing but take a cut of the profit of the poor contracted company that actually shows up to do the work. Sir Carpet is a middle man. The price you are given from them will pretty much be doubled because if there is a spot it has to be "pretreated" so of course they suggest a per square foot charge on top of the amount already agreed upon.
