Started out to be a pleasant experience, ended in false promises. Went back because we looked at a 2011 Elantra and got approved previously but it was sold before we had the down payment, but we noticed there was an Accent newly listed for the same price. As soon as we sat down our salesman told us it would be harder to finance because it's older and higher mileage..it wasn't.. it was a year newer and 75k vs 100k the 11 Elantra had. He goes over to finance guys, about 5 minutes later comes back saying there's no way we are getting approved even with my good credit and income because of an open car loan that they didn't notice before. Cool we just wasted our time. Honestly sounded like they didn't want to deal with us, thankfully the car buying process is over for us, we have purchased a much better vehicle(2016 Elantra). Pro tip for the salesman Tyler: stop talking about drugs on test drives.
Update: I emailed 6 days ago like they said in reply and have heard nothing, so that's cool too
