  • Jason Canady and the team at Roundpoint were great to work with. I started out with Jason so it was hard to get used to emails and calls from other team members. We did not have to jump through any hoops which I fully expected realizing nowadays the way the guidelines have become so strict that they have to go by. But I was kept well informed every step of the way. It was nice to know the stage your loan process is in. I feel good Customer Service is a lost art but RoundPoint renewed my faith that it is still out there.
