  • I love Sephora but not impressed with this location. They are always crazy busy, you can hardly move around in the store - which is fine. However, if I'm going to spend $70 on a contour kit YES someone is going to help me to make sure I'm buying the correct thing. It took me 20+ minutes, no exaggeration to get help, granted, everyone was busy, but two girls gossiped the entire time with each other and when a customer would walk by they would get super quiet and continue when they walked away. So unprofessional, I'll stick to the Town Square location from now on.
