  • This has to be the worst experience with a company. I received a letter on my door about their pool service. I called and they came out right away for the estimate. The guy was friendly and sold me on their service. 2 days later one of their techs came out to clean the pool. When I got home I noticed there was a major leak coming out of my pump housing. I called the office number and left 5 voice mails & texted them 4 times. Finally someone picked up several hours later when I tried calling back again. The lady in the office said that she will have the tech that was at my house call me. When he called me he said the leak started when he was vacuuming my pool. Come to find out he turned my return valve off and created so much pressure that is blew the pump housing & swelled 2 pipes that go from the pump to the filter. Of course the tech denied this.. I tried calling back again and of course no answer. So after 4 more text messages explaining that I do not want their service anymore and I want the 78.00 fee returned, I get a text back just saying " OK ". That was on 9/6. Still as of today the money has not been refunded and I have not had a return call or text.
