  • I have been taking my dog here for some time and always have to get the groom redone. It's usually on the spot and doesn't take long, but a couple times i have had to come back. Even when it's done, I am not happy. I am not that picky, but I like the hair to be even and the hair around his face to be short. I think that's pretty normal, but every single time the face is long and the hair is uneven (longer in the legs usually). They have a good attitude and I have spoken to a couple knowledgeable staff, but they have one girl who answers the phone who is ditzy as heck. They do always get him very clean. I read one review about them calling someone to get her dog early. They always call me when my dog is ready, but they never say I HAVE to come early. It is made clear that I am at work until 5pm and I have never had an issue having to come early. If it did, unacceptable, but perhaps it was miscommunication.
