  • HORRIBLE experience. Emily arrived at 8 am and was still here at 6:15 pm. You're thinking "wow, that place must have been spotless," right? WRONG! MY HOUSE WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED! The kitchen was essentially untouched, NONE of the floors were swept or vacuumed, my bathroom sinks were filthy (she clearly just wiped the counter contents into the sinks), and personal items were moved around/relocated to the point that I am still looking for things. After being at my home since 8 am, Emily called me at 5 pm to tell me that her floor cleaner wasn't "formulated" for my floors (they are just regular hardwood floors) and that she would need to come back the next day - even if I believed her, why did it take her NINE hours to figure that out? Or why didn't she just use the floor cleaner I had on hand and told her about when she arrived? What the hell was she doing all day? Definitely not cleaning. This was my second experience using Hux. The first experience was so-so. I will say that the customer service response to my complaint was appropriate. They did agree not to charge me for this visit and offered me a free service to make up for it. Nonetheless, I feel burned and would not be comfortable using them again.
