  • This company is the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.On 11/1/2017 at 6 pm I had a flat tire on my motorcycle. My insurance informed me it would be about an hour before a tow would arrive. I waited an hour and a half before I called the tow company myself to figure out where they were. I also informed the company that my vehicle was a motorcycle, not a car that I could sit comfortably inside of. So I was left stranded at night outside. The gentleman (I use the term loosely) I spoke with was not aware of what time it was and thought they had only gotten my ticket thirty minutes prior and thus had not assigned it to a driver. He tried to lie and say the driver had a flat on the freeway, more on that later. He then said he contacted a different driver in a different city. I was informed he would reach me in 39 mins, which I did not handle well. 39 min later, when no one had arrived, I was even more irate. The same man told me that he did not know what to tell me, and that I could call my insurance and have another tow company come. I very impolitely informed him that would take yet another hour and just start this whole process over. He said he did not know what to tell me. I told him to do his job and check on his driver. He informed me of where the driver was (not near me) and we had more back and forth before he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who cleared a drivers schedule and sent them to me. It was about 9:15 before I was actually on my way home and off the street. This is completely unacceptable to do to anyone. If your company has three hour wait times, get more drivers or don't go into this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
