  • After having our Serta mattress for 20 years, we decided it was finally time to get a replacement. Having not shopped for a mattress in that many years, we had no idea what to expect. But Ryan from Mattress Firm made it very easy. He explained their color-coding system, and pointed us to mattresses to try based on our preference. We found a Beautyrest Recharge Worldclass mattress that suited our need for a softer, plush (coil) mattress. And we got it at an excellent price during their Memorial Day sale. Delivery was super convenient - we had our mattress delivered the following Saturday evening. And our first night sleeping on it was just fabulous. We have now had it over a month, and I haven't had a single back- or neck-ache since. I can't believe we waited so long to buy a new mattress!
