Beware! I struggled down to this location first thing Sunday morning after calling them at 4 am and being told to just show up when the doors opened at 8. I was seen right away and I explained I had an infected tooth that was spreading throughout my face and throat and it was the most pain of my life! My dentist was not open till that Monday and i didn't know what to do. The doctor left the room and then very unprofessionally complained to someone in the hallway AND within earshot, how he wasn't a damn dentist and he would be looking it up on the Internet. He returned with a prescription for Tylenol and low dose antibiotics. All to the wasted tune of around $150.00... After 8 hours of absolute agony I called to explain that things were much worse. I was instructed to come back in so with what little physical power I could muster I did. When I arrived I was immediately turned away and the doctor refused to even view me. I got the impression they thought I was "drug seeking"? In fact, I was more interested in better antibiotics than pain meds in the 1st place, but that was kind of hard to convey with a face swollen to twice it's original size. I have now been in the hospital for 2 days and the infection almost reached my brain and it's possible I could have died. Nextcare urgent care is a take your money and spit you back out kind of place. My advice to the people working there is to decide what it is you would like to do for a living and then go and do that thing. Healthcare providers you are not. My advice for people in need of healthcare... Wait for the people working there to take that advice and when they leave maybe you'll get some much needed help!
