This review is for the employees & the quality of service they provide. We were visiting Las Vegas and decided to try out te free bowling from the myvegas app. Earlier today I called red rock lanes (I got transferred from the casino) and spoke to an associate who told me that I did not need to go to the players card booth and they would honor from the email. Upon my arrival,( which was around 11 pm), which took about half an hour from the strip, I was told by another employee that I would need to go to the players booth. On top of it when we asked if it was still open, he told us that he did not know and that he could nothing for us.
This was extremely annoying and the fact that we had to drive for half an hour to get here and be told the opposite of what I specially called in to ask about was just ridiculous. The employee was extremely useless and we left. By the way that took about half an hour more.
