| - If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service ever!! All my girlfriends and I used to always come here to get our nails done, they were amazing, it was the place to go. Since I've moved to the other side of town, I don't go anymore, so it's been a few years. Today 2 of my girlfriends and I all made appointments to get pedicures done. We get there and were barely greeted long enough to let them know we had an appointment. So we pick out our colors and they send us back to sit in the pedicure chairs, 2 of the nail techs came over and started working on mine and one of my girlfriends, while the other one sat there, for over 20 minutes without anybody even acknowledging her or letting her know it was gonna be a few minutes. Nothing. Not a word. Mind you, the lady that was sitting next to me, had 2 nail techs working on her , somebody working on her nails, and a different person working on her toes. One of them couldn't have done my fiends pedicure?! And then the nail tech that was doing mine, asked me if I wanted callus remover, I said no, she insisted I needed it, I told her that I just did them at home 2 days ago bc I have all the tools to do so (I refuse to pay an extra $5 when I can do it at home for free) she wasn't happy. So then she gets done, and goes to pull my pant leg back down, and pulls it all the way down to my ankle, and I didn't have them like that to begin with so I told her not to worry about it, that I would just do it, and she gives me the dirtiest look and mumbles something under her breath. By this time, I had started being very vocal about the fact that we had an appointment and my friend was still just siting there and had been for so long that her water was cold, so I get almost completely done and my friend decides that she's not even gonna do a pedicure, she's just gonna do a fill on her nails and a polish change on her toes, and they told my other girlfriend that they could get her in for a gel manicure, so I get done and go to with with my friend getting her nails done, and the lady that did my toes comes running over asking if I'm gonna go pay, I said no, I'm gonna wait for them and we can all pay together. They sit my other friend down at a station, nobody ever comes to do her manicure, we find the manager and start telling him everything, and his response is that he is sorry and he is gonna give us 15% off. Is this a joke? So my other friend didn't even end up getting her manicure, and they take my other friend back to get the polish changed on her toes and we go up front to wait, after a while we figured they ended up just doing her pedicure bc it was taking so long. Nope. They took her back there to just sit and wait some more. So we finally go to check out, and I ask why mine is $26 instead of $21 like it says on the menu, and they try telling me bc of my gel TOP COAT that she took off, not full on gel polish, just the top coat, I said "are you freaking kidding me?!" And they didn't end up charging me for it, good thing bc I would have been even more mad and made more of a scene. I don't know what happened to this place, but they went seriously down hill and my friends and I will never ever come back. Start treating your customers better or you're not gonna be around very much longer!
