  • Communication started off well and I had high hopes for Divine Design Landscaping. I was really hoping they would be able to help me out with my landscaping project. Nathan the owner reached out to me and proposed a time range of 10am-12pm noon on a Friday. I ended up taking time off work to be available for the appointment and it wasn't until right at the end of the time frame Nathan left me a Yelp message saying it would be more like 2pm or so that he would stop by (he didn't ask if this would still work for me, I guess he just assumed I had the luxury of waiting around all day). As far as I know Nathan never stopped by, nor did he even follow up with me beyond that. I was so frustrated with the experience I ended up going a different route because I need someone who understands my time is valuable. This is especially disappointing considering he proposed the time/date in the first place.
