  • I really tried to like this place. There are a lot of positives, but one big negative that keeps me from being able to go back here. Both the tech and the vet were very rough with my dog. The tech asked me to put my dog on the scale, he was easily distracted and stepped on the scale then quickly stepped off. The tech grabbed his leash and yanked him on to the scale without even asking me if it would be okay and she wasn't gentle either. Okay, so then my dog wasn't a big fan of her. I put him on the table, he immediately becomes anxious when she grabs him because she has almost no patience. The vet is the same way. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt the first time I brought my dog in. He asked me on the most recent visit if my dog acts like this at home. By this, he meant anxious and scared because my dog was obviously quite afraid of him. I told him no because my dog is perfectly fine around other people and strangers even when they hold him. I don't think they realize how rough they are and how upsetting it is for client or their pet.
