  • I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the employee working at Circus books Saturday morning (October 22nd) around 1pm. I found him to be very condescending and rude when I asked him for advice on a book pick. To be fair, my question was not very specific and I had interrupted him from cleaning records. I told him that I liked a certain book and, after explaining why I liked it, asked him if he might be able to recommend a book that might be similar. He dismissively responded that I was basically describing the entirety of English literature. I was so embarrassed that I left immediately without making my intended purchase. I took my business to Re: Read (where I will be taking all my future business) and had an incredibly helpful experience.
