If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. Tonya Gale is rude, and inconsiderate. We have been locked out of our community on two different occasions for changing gate codes. We have lived there for a year and they say they have no record of us living there. Upon providing a lease and my phone number, they again changed the codes without telling us locking us out. When I called them and spoke her staff, I received no apology for the inconvenience. When I spoke to her, I received no apology for the inconvenience. When I asked for one she said, I'm sorry you feel we did something wrong but we didn't. She also said we have to agree to disagree.
When I said the old code didn't work, she said it sure does. Well, I guess I just don't know how to hit #plus a few numbers on 4 different tries. I have never been so rudely treated by a company that has put me out. Many are embarrassed and sorry if they do and it's understandable because mistakes happen. But to throw it back in my face, like I am an idiot for being mad is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should be so rude as Tonya Gale.
I can see by the other google/yelp reviews that I am not the only one to be screwed over by Tonya Gale and Epic Management. Their slogan is Professional, Reliable, Efficient. Not even close. Literally the opposite of all of those things.
