The first frustrating experience, I waited 35 mins past my appointment time with no apology given. Just in case the stylist was just having a bad day, I went again. The next time, I sat in my chair while another customer came in and their hair was cut first as I wait. Again, no apology was given. Of course, I'm fuming at this point and said maybe three words during the entire cut and color.
To say the least, I no longer get my hair cut at this location after FOUR years with the same hairstylist, Cynthia. Her cuts were so great that I followed her from a previous location about two years ago. Always hate it when a business acts like they are doing you a favor to take your business - at least that is the attitude that was portrayed. When you don't value a customer's four years of loyalty, I will happily go elsewhere. Nothing against the management; only the stylist that cops an attitude.
