  • I did NOT love this place. I was prescribed glasses for the first time to wear indoors when reading and on computer, and did my research but was a rather inexperienced customer. I informed a sales associate on what I was looking for and that I had a limited budget. And she was constantly offering me expensive frames. Then the whole lenses pricing was never properly explained to me. And then kept offering me stuff great to wear outdoors (helloooooo like seriously you were not listening to me at all)? And I felt they lost interest as soon as I said that and this was too pricey for me. Ugh. I complained online and got follow up emails and calls from the manager, but seriously I do not think I will be inspired to come back any time soon.
