  • We've stayed at TI several times now - in part because they comp all/part of our stay through the TI Players Club. The customer service is a hit or miss at the front desk. I've experienced excellent to average customer service while checking in/out. The rooms are average but clean. The rooms I've stayed in have mini fridges which is helpful when we travel to Vegas with the kiddos. The amenities are by Oleksandra - the Spa located in the TI. When self parking, we try to stay on level 3 so we can just walk into the casino/hotel rather than using the elevator. Free valet parking is also available. The Uber/Lyft area for pickup is also very easy to find (in front of the Valet). Location wise, TI is very convenient. The free tram to the Mirage is available. A CVS is connected and located near the Sportsbook. TI is also located near Fashion Show Mall, Wynn, The Palazzo/Venetian. There are several restaurants to eat at in/near TI - Senor Frogs, 2 Starbucks (one inside and one outside), etc. All in all, I'd recommend TI. It's reasonably priced as far as Vegas goes!
