This place as alot of fun, there was some flaws of course but overall it was a great experience. We arrived about 45 minutes early for the late show at 945pm. There was no one else around High Street was dead...
We bought Groupons for the show and we went to the box office to exchange them for real tickets but what made me mad was that we pretty much could have got in for free, she didn't even want to see the groupons to redeem them she just gave us tickets and said "oh it's okay" so we could have just got in for free especially when we get into the bar area and there is just complemtary tickets laying everywhere like it's no big deal, I put like 10 in my purse for future and to pass out.
The bartender was not approachable and when I ordered my drink she looked at me like I was stupid and told me no not to get that drink, and she recommended another one.. like who does that? You don't knock down your own drinks that are on your menu, you are there to make and sell drinks! We went out on the patio where they didn't have any heaters on.. strange.. the place was super nice but customer service was below average.
We were first in line to be seated and we got to sit up front. Our server in the actual club was great, our drinks and food came out quickly.
Price wise the drinks and food are of course expensive, they have to make up for all the free tickets they give out somehow right?!
During the show we received four more free tickets to future shows! I don't get it!!
The stage and venue was nice overall. Maybe some spot cleaning such as the TV's on the stage were super dirty..
I would come back but not for the late show, there was about 150 people in 7pm show and about 30 in late show. I would go to the 7pm show next time.
All the server's looked super depressed and kinda upset...Maybe just a bad night.. I just don't understand how they could give out so many free tickets! I am going to get a refund on my Groupon since they were never redeemed and I got free tickets forever haha!
Give this place a shot overall
