  • The Hall family ran a great ship. I could always count on notification of my packages and prioritization of the same since I receive multiple packages a day. Disappointed to see they sold recently so I have no opinion yet on the new owners, let alone their help, all I can say is I'm disappointed to see the Halls go. By the way having read the one and two star reviews earlier it makes me laugh. If you take time to relax get to know people you'd find that the Hall family is absolutely one of the most giving and magnanimous groups you'll ever run into. Hate to see what becomes of this store now that it's bought by an owner that has multiple stores. Heard during the financial negotiations that they almost didn't get the financing because they had too many stores will see how it all unfolds since they're absentee owners.
