  • The bad: Carpet was old and stained. Bathroom smelled mildly of urine, and there was a "hair" in the bathtub. Got back to my room after 4PM and it hadn't been serviced yet. Elevator was truly glacial - theres no reason why an elevator in a 4-story building should take so long every time. And there's no stair option. The good: Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Restaurant service was excellent. Cleanliness is probably the most important factor in a hotel room, and this one didn't make the grade. I'll try somewhere else next time.
