  • The atmosphere is moderately pleasant. Too crowded sometimes. In general, the staff is nice, but I did not appreciate at all my last time with their facial specialist, Carole. I've never experienced such an arrogant attitude and abruptness anywhere else. For the money they charge you, you would expect to be able to completely relax in a little world of complete niceness and friendliness. Not the case. Won't go again.
