  • This place is God awful. I came in today and immediately noticed that the facility was disgusting. Against better judgement I chose to have my daughter jump. She's five years old and was a little scared to jump so I held her hand onto the trampoline and was immediately scolded by a teenage staff member that I need a wristband in order to jump on the equipment. I informed him that I was just holding your hand to help her feel comfortable and I had no interest in jumping. To which she responded I still need a bracelet. I approached the clerk at the front desk and express my discontent to which she responded that I needed to purchase a bracelet as well. Irate I responded that I have no interest in offering my business to them anymore and she did not even offer a refund. Save yourself some time and just go to Jump City. The only reason we tried this place was because Jump City is currently under construction.
