  • Nope. Got a bad vibe when the male checking us in couldn't pull us up despite being checked in online and visiting other local great clips locations and the place was empty. Asked for a clean up on my son's hair for pictures but emphasized keep it long and that I didn't want it to appear freshly cut - also pointed out cowlicks and curls. Looked down for a moment and he had razored my sons hair almost to the crown. Asked him to put down clippers twice - he ignored me. Finally had to basically yank my kid out of the chair all while he chuckled and didn't see a problem. Had to bring him to another establishment to try and salvage cut - they attested to the poor cut. While there also noticed he had cut my son with his clippers at the ear. Horrible experience.
