  • They used to be really nice and helpful a few years back or maybe at the time, I wasn't looking at the bill so see what they were charging me. I came back to them last year for scaling and polishing, instead of doing the job. They gave me x-ray and told me I have 8 decayed teeth and just started to do the filling. My bill was racked up to over $1400. I wasn't notice since they billed my insurance for it. I went back last month for another scaling. They told me I had an unpaid bill for $360, told me they couldn't bill the whole bill from last time to the insurance company. Then for the appointment, they were only doing 30 min scaling, they charged me for 1 hour of scaling. I was there for 50 min they were doing another x-ray on me in which they charged me for. My bill ended up to $470 for 30 min scaling and 2 x-ray. They also tried to upsell me about referring me to a specialist because of a root I had. I went to another dentist about it and they told me it's fine to leave the root there. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
