  • To whom this may concern, If you are reading this, you are either a current or future client of this dealership or possibly work there. If it is the former, then please take time to really understand the magnitude of what I am about to explain to you. If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership and or service your vehicle at this dealership, you might as well throw it away when you get it back. The workmanship, accountability, and professionalism is pathetic. Lies after lies, after lies. My wife SUV had to be towed back to them two times due to technician neglect during routine warranty repairs. Our SUV had never leaked a drop of oil, got it home with smoke bellowing out from under the engine, only to find a puddle of oil on our driveway. No problem, mistakes happen, ohhhhh but wait it gets much better. Here is to the really juicy part, the technician also left the cooling fan unplugged. So once they repaired the oil leak, and gave us the car back, it overheated in a parking lot the next day. Ohhhh, this is where it gets good, so It had to be towed back again, this time they said a loose knock sensor caused the check engine light to go off, but they couldn't explain why it overheated and said it seemed fine. I smelled something fishy brewing, so I drove down to mark kia to get my suv the heck out of there, and wouldn't you know, (Justin the service manager) and I went out and looked under the hood only to find the cooling fan unplugged. Okay, so that caused the engine to overheat and detonate which set off the check engine light. The sensor never wiggled loose. Lies after lies after lies. You see this is a customer that actually understands the mechanical aspects of automobiles. They must have thought I was an idiot. They overheated our engine, and basically told us to kick rocks. When your driving through Phoenix and Or Scottsdale on a busy day and see a Blue 2015 Kia Sorento with "SHAME ON YOU MARK KIA" Plastered all over the sides, HONK and WAIVE!!!!! No joke, they messed with the wrong Family. CHEERS!!!!!!
