  • I have been a UWCU member for 3 years now. Let me say, becoming a member here has been a revelation to me in banking. Not only do I feel fairly treated, but this institution straight up inspires feelings of LOVE and GRATITUDE for the quality of services they provide. If you are used to larger banking institutions, then you are probably familiar with the many fees associated with your accounts as well as the impersonal service you receive. Prepare to be wowed at UWCU. You will actually feel like your opinions and finances matter. All of their policies and procedures are fair and even helpful. Say goodbye to feeling like you are getting screwed over. Say hello to feeling heard and appreciated. Great services, great customer service. That's what UWCU offers! The icing on the cake is their amazing mobile app, which has so many interesting bells and whistles that you can spend hours learning about how you spend your money and how you can make your money go further. Really above and beyond what even OTHER credit unions in town offer. This place is awesome!
