  • TERRIBLE!!! I went to this salon due to its close proximity to the waxing salon a couple doors down. I love the Euopean wax center but cannot say the same for Pretty Nails. They were rude. I was asked to wait in the corner for 20 mins and when it was my turn to sit down, the man slapped me on the back and pointed to my chair. I don't want to be slapped or pounded on!! If its a part of my massage, fine. Despite that, I had a pedicure because I had waited so long and really needed it. I should have left. The lady that did my pedicure acted disgusted that I was there, much less giving her my money. I was so uncomfortable and aggravated by the time I left. A horrible experience all around. By the way, the pedicure itself was crap. A blind 3yr old could have done better.
