  • This is a good couple of hours of strolling. Maybe more hours or even a couple of days if you get yourself wasted on all of the alcohol. People were in the festive spirit and a lot of the permanent art galleries were open. It's a "if you are in the area, drop by" event and not really a "must see, cannot miss" event. The performances are meh to good. There was a group of "dancers" who basically walked around the stage for about 15 minutes. The singers were better - fortunately.
