  • I agree with their slogan "the way car buying should be." This was completely painless, they gave me a great and fair offer for my vehicle, told me the price was good for a week and invited me to shop my car around. Car max was the best offer by a few hundred dollars, I came back with their original offer and they bought my car. No hassle, no wait and a great overall experience. Most dealerships I went to made me wait between 30-60 minutes to look at my car then haggle with me over an offer. Car max gave me a great offer in under 20 minutes.
