When you're forcing your fingers to tap away at words you wouldn't normally put into a sentence. At least not for this ish'. Zipps is supposed to be that neighborhood spot that's not trashy, but not fancy either. I have mad faith in this spot because it's been pretty good to me. However, like a relationship, the bs starts to get old. Does Zipps not have a standard recipe for all dishes? I mean, it's very common to order something and have it presented differently almost every time. Let's not include the basic appetizers (which come out f'd up too sometimes). I'm more so talking about: salads-from the different mixed greens, to presentation, to burgers, the list goes on There is no standardized process or expectation. Is everyone back there free styling making "their" version of what Zipps food and menu should be? Or did I not get the memo? People want consistency!!! You raised your prices- now raise your standards.
