Why the not so great review? They need better front office workers who know true customer service excellence. Husband's temporary bridge broke over the weekend & couldn't get in until Tuesday. So I called to see if he could get a small pain medication prescription for the weekend. Tylenol & ibuprofen were not cutting it. Everything hurt cause the nerve was exposed & even cold air made him cringe. The receptionist said the doctor was with a patient & would call me back. Of course. Reasonable. 3 hours later no call. I call the office they are now at lunch & my husband still in pain. Serious? They forgot? I hate to be "one of those" people. I am a Registered Nurse who works two valley ED's & would never want to complain or enable my husband to be a cry baby for that matter. But seriously tooth pain is painful. Some customer service excellence course & following up skills for the front desk would be nice. Hopefully they can work on this & be a better dental office because of it. He finally did get his tooth fixed on that Tuesday, but still he came home in pain and no prescription. The dentist who work here should really think about pain control and getting new office staff. :(
