  • I came here with high hopes that I would find a colourist and hair stylist that I could keep coming back to. I was extremely disappointed with not only the colour, but also how I was treated. I came in hoping to get my natural colour enhanced with some subtle lowlights to add dimension and continue with a more natural looking colour (chocolate brown). The colourist then proceeded to "educate" me on what lowlights were as if I had no idea what I was talking about. What's worse, she gave me eyes when I admitted to using boxed colour (I'm busy with work and can't make it in regularly enough to get it professionally done) and then gave me highlights that were extremely obvious, unnatural looking and copper in colour. When I thought it couldn't get worse, the hair stylist took one look at my hair and said "we have a lot of work to do here". I know you're "professionals" and we pay for your expertise, but when I come to a salon, I hope to come out feeling better about myself, not worse. The best part about this salon is they offer you wine. Trust me, you'll need it. I have an appointment at another salon this week to undo what they have done. I would rather pay double than go back there for a colour correction.
