I called the cancellation line to cancel my revolving monthly lessons. Left a message with all my contact information. No call returned. Awesome-lessons must be cancelled. Wrong. Find a charge on my CC statement for July's lessons. Called the receptionist at the location I attend. Explained my situation. Asked for an owner. She told me that I can't speak to an owner, only a manager. Left a message for the manager of the location to call me back. A week later and no returned call from her either. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Not even 12 hours after writing this review I got a call from Britney. She apologized, and made the situation right. I'm changing my review to 4 stars now as I appreciate that.
