  • Updated review: Changing my rating to honor a request from Tim, the owner who built this company not the person we were working with. Tim made an effort to reach out to us and resolve the problem. However, our backyard has been long done when I got his message. Initial review: The first time I called to schedule it went to voice mail so I left a message but no one called back. A week after I called again and was scheduled for someone to look at our backyard and get a quote. The guy came to our house, measured the backyard, and then scheduled another appointment to present the design and quote. So the guy presented a printed computer-generated design of the backyard. It was a very simple design. After negotiation we agreed on a price and the guy said, "Let me ask the owner". We were supposed to meet the following evening but I had a seminar that was previously scheduled so I immediately texted the guy the same evening that we were negotiating and rescheduled. He set an appointment. The day of the appointment, he sent a text message saying he had a family emergency and cancelled and said he would call. He Never called! My husband called him and spoke to him and he said they were yet to make a decision. Two days later, we called again, he did not pick up the phone and never heard back from him. Brandon Dial is his name according to the card. The least he could do was to be forthcoming and honest.
