  • The only reason I'm writing this instead of complaining on the day is because, the girl that did my nails was only young and I was afraid she would lose her job and I don't want that, nor did I want to embarrass her, I do feel that you need to train your employees though! My lady had no idea how to do my nails, I was mortified leaving but again, like an idiot I paid and said nothing .. I should have taken a picture! I asked for a simple French nail shellac manicure, and my white tips were uneven, chipped as soon as I got home which is only a 5 minute walk, but I'm too soft and the lady was so lovely I didn't have the heart to say.. I had to direct her the whole way! It's My own fault for keeping quiet, and in future I won't! As I had to get them redone and pay more money. Even the senior staff came up and checked them over, asked me if I liked them and I knew by her face, they were awful! anyway rant over, this is my first negative one and I'm sorry but you need to check your staffs work on their clients as my nails were far from acceptable!
