rev:text	This place is a rip off! Do not buy any deals you find for this place of business. I bought an online deal for this place in January 2014 for unlimited laser hair removal for one year. I went in for my initial treament shortly after my purchase, and that went well. It's all been downhill from there. They then said that their laser machine "went down" and postponed all their laser treatments until they were able to clear their machine from customs at the border which lasted about 6 months. During this "delay" though I did notice that they were posting more laser deals through various online "groupon-type" websites. I finally received by 2nd treament in JULY! Two days after my treatment, I had severe scabbing and itchiness to both my lower legs where I had the laser hair removal procedure done. Regardless, I was tied into this deal, so I showed up today for what would have been my 3rd treatment. Which, by the way, was confirmed via email 2 days ago!! I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appoiment time (which is 20 minutes after they supposedly open). The doors were locked. Tried knocking, but no one answered. I tried calling, but again no one answered and their voicemail inbox is of course full as well. Tried logging onto their website, which is now longer up! Tried knocking on their dorrs BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS..IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF! There is a sign on their door for a new business called "em Beauty Bar" and if this is being managed by the same people at Skinful Med Spa..then consider yourself warned!!
