Our home warranty service sent this company out to check on my water heater that was leaking water throughout the garage. When the technicians showed up, neither of them introduced themselves to me.
I had to ask their names. They were here maybe five minutes and informed me the heater was shot and needed to be replaced. It'll take three days, because now they need an okay from our protection plan.
I called their office to ask if this was correct in the the duration of days..............the man who answered the phone, had a terrible accent and was very difficult to understand. But it sounded to me like he said it would be Friday before they would come out again, that's four days from now! It's December.....I would like to take at least a warm shower. Please, if you're from another country, take a class on how to speak English CLEARLY! Have your techs brush up on professional social skills.
