  • No call no show.... 2 stars for friendly customer service. I called a week ago and booked the 6 point maintenance inspection and paid while on the phone. I changed my schedule at work to get off early for my appointment and no one came or called to say they wouldn't make my 4-6 window appointment. I called at 6:30 and asked if they were coming and was told that due to the high call volume of emergencies today no one would come for my appointment. It's not a big deal that they have to reschedule but a call to let me know would have been nice. I will update my review once I get my service that I already paid for....
