The place was fabulous until Greystar took over. You can look forward to maintenance not being handled, rarely having hot water, and shady charges when you move out. I got charged for utilities they used after I had already moved out. You can look at their Google and Better Business Bureau ratings for more. I was hopeful that the apartment would remain nice when Greystar took over in spite of seeing how poorly rates the company was. That poor rating is more than deserved. I should have known what was up when all but one of the original staff left when Greystar took over. I moved out in 2017 and it looks like the property is still having problems with tenants having hot water, months later. Do not live here.
