  • Was treated kindly and quickly. Saw some others mischarged, and yet others bogusly arguing charges that seemed legit. The place didn't seem to have a protocol for what to do when customers go ape-$h!+ over fuel charges. It's just annoying overall to witness as a customer who is already mildly stressed about flights, etc.
