  • After going back and forth on whether or not they had my referral info I said I will pay cash and they decided to book me. Well first Sonya tells me the next appt is June 28th and here it is May 12th. I reply, " Are you kidding me?" In shock from the delayed timing. She snaps back, " Why would I joke about that?". When I ask again is that the soonest appt she says yes. So I tell her I am in pain and need to be seen sooner than later. No response. I ask can I see a NP sooner than that? She says yes June 1st. Which is better than the 28th, but when I asked her why she didn't offer for me to be sooner with the NP she snaps back again, "Most people want to see the dr and not the NP." Why she didnt ASK me who I preferred was beyond me. Then she snaps back at me again that she is just trying to help me. I immediately called my PCP and changed to another derm office. I can see why this place is getting low reviews, Very unprofessional staff.
