rev:text	Four of us went there for breakfast on Saturday morning. The business was busy but not crazy and we were sat within 15 minutes. The menu looked great but here comes the review. We ordered two Idaho skillets, one omelette and a French dip. Skillet 1 was acceptable if you don't mind that US Egg's version of melted cheese, which means you have to search for it. I did find some. The 'hash browns' were shredded potatoes that most likely were microwaved then thrown on the grill for 30-60 seconds. Hardly what is considered hashbrowns. Over all it was OK but hardly anything to order again. Skillet 2 came out with the wrong style eggs, OK, that can happen to anybody and was quickly remedied by the waitress. It was passable with the same 'hashbrowns' and dry chicken. Again, not something worth ordering again. Omelette was an interesting omelette of which I can do far better at home on. The entire leafs of spinach were essentially folded into what can best be described as scrambled eggs. Could just be US Egg has their own version of omelettes also. Same story on the 'hashbrowns.' French dip came with au jus which is definitely required. The roast beef was extremely dry and the bun likely a day old and dry also to where you needed the au just for both. We didn't follow up with a manager as we were hungry and figured it was just a lesson learned. We're located in the valley and are in this part of Scottsdale frequently and now have been able to cross this breakfast establishment off our list. FYI there is a Denny's across the street that might just do better.
