  • They take a $100 deposit that they claim is tenant/landlord law, then take 3 weeks to refund from their corporate office if you decide not to move in. The corporate office is a Phoenix based number so a refund should not take 3 weeks. Apartments are overpriced and not happy with the way management handled my situation.
