Heard good things so we decided to check BRIM out with another couple. Started strong- seated quickly with our reservation, starters were tasty (we had the pretzel and pierogies)- but the experience slipped a little after that. My husband and friend ordered prime rib, after all meals were served theirs came over cooked. We were then told they sold out so while two of us had dinner, two sat without food. They apologized and got a round of drinks to make it up to us. They ordered the short ribs which were fantastic, while my gnocchi wasn't traditional it was alright bit slightly disappointing. The sundae that came as a paired dessert had cayenne pepper on it- which was alright but for those that don't like heat- a warning from the server would have been appreciated. Service was average- we had to flag her down for drink refills and weren't checked in on much except by the manager after the meal mishap. We'll give them another try, likely when not as busy- that seemed to impact the overall expertise.
